  • Describe characters, setting and important events in fiction and poetry.
  • Identify the problem, solution and main idea.

Students will:
  • Read about American symbols that have emerged from past events, legends and historical accounts
  • Create riddles based on facts and clues of American symbols based on the readings from O, Say Can You See?
