- Read and/or listen to The Three Pigs by David Wiesner and discuss the text both literally and analytically.
- Compare and contrast the original tale of The Three Little Pigs to The Three Pigs.
- Identify the elements of a fractured fairy tale.
- Rewrite a familiar fairy tale to create a fractured fairy tale.
