- Complete a timeline of the nonviolent freedom movement in India.
- Name other nonviolent freedom movements that stemmed from Gandhi’s philosophy.
- Compare India’s struggle for freedom to the main characters’ struggle for freedom.
- Discuss attaining freedom with and without violence.
