Objectives: |
Students will:
- Read and/or listen to Handel, Who Knew What He Liked by M.T. Anderson using the Power Listening Strategy outlined in the Learning Through Listening website under Classroom Teaching Tools - Strategies and Activities – Strategies.
- Create a summary of the material by making a “piano key” summary of Handel’s life and accomplishments.
- Listen to Handel’s Messiah and other works by Handel.
